Valeria from CFRC will be hosting a table providing information on how to access services provided at our CFRC (ex. medi-cal enrollment, case management, legal aid for Dads, etc,), and also information on Alameda County Food Bank resources, McKinney Vento services, School-Based Health Center services and assist families to ensure Aeries is up to date with student insurance information to help expand mental health service access at schools for students.
